Tai-Chi  it literally means “ the ultimate supreme fist”,  is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. As a result, a multitude of training forms exist, both traditional and modern. Some of tai chi chuan’s training forms are especially known for being practiced as a relative low -impact movements exercise.  Qigong is a practice that involves a series of movement, postures, stances, breathing and self--massage.

Benefits for students: It relaxes the mind and body, improve circulation, increase stamina, reduces stress and improves the main systems in the body, gain balance, flexibility and muscle strength, prevent heart disease, hypertension, sleep problem and arthritis among others.
